Founding Director of Property Solutions and became Managing Director in July 2016. Andrew was previously Operations Director with responsibility for all workstreams and key accounts. Prior to that, he was a Director of Osmond Tricks (multi-disciplined surveyors) heading their Building Consultancy and a director of Pepper Fox, Commercial Property Consultants. Andrew has over 35 years’ experience, specialising in property and construction disputes as well as landlord and tenant issues, and has acted as an expert witness on numerous occasions. Andrew acted as a quantum expert in a multi-million High Court case in 2017.

Prior to becoming a founding Director of Property Solutions David worked in various consulting and management positions for Esso Petroleum and Courtaulds. He has over 27 years’ experience in the property industry having run a serviced office business prior to establishing Property Solutions. David has over 20 years of experience in consulting retail and office clients on various service charge issues and served as Managing Director of PSL until recently stepping into a consultancy role.

Portfolio Services Manager
Prior to joining Property Solutions in 2001 Helen acted as Reporting Manager for a tele-marketing centre with BT. She has worked with Property Solutions for over 15 years and has acquired considerable experience during this time. As Portfolio Services Manager, she oversees the day to day activities of the portfolio administration team and liaises with clients at an operational level. Helen was instrumental in the development and implementation of Property Solutions’ bespoke SCIMS software and processes.

Associate Director - Sales and Marketing
In 2013 Nigel completed an MBA at the University of Bath and before that was in Education in the Middle East. He has worked with Property Solutions for 4 years and is responsible for New Business, Marketing and Research. He oversees the publication of two annual benchmarking publications covering the Office and Retail sector. In addition Nigel contacts, meets with and discusses Property Solutions’ services with prospective clients before handing over to the Operations team.

Service Charge / Security Consultant
Keith joined Property Solutions in 2006 and has worked through all aspects of portfolio management. In 2011 he was appointed as a consultant and has also trained and qualified as a Security Consultant, bringing expertise to the company in that key area. Keith has many years of experience in analysing all aspects of a service charge and assessing where vulnerabilities lie in their management, recovery, accounting and reporting.

Andy joined Property Solutions in 2017 as a Consultant, coming from a Facilities Management background with experience acting on behalf of Landlords, Managing Agents, Occupiers and Owner-Occupiers. He is a Chartered Construction Manager as well as holding certified level membership of BIFM. Andy has previously worked for commercial property organisations such as Vinci FM, Workspace Group and Workman FM and brings his FM industry specific skills and expertise to the service charge consultancy piece.

Assistant Portfolio Services Manager
Prior to joining Property Solutions in 2010, Claire worked at Davies and Partners Solicitors’ Real Estate Department and in the Asset Management Team in King Sturge’s Bristol Office. She has worked with Property Solutions for over 6 years and has brought her legal and property management skills gleaned from her previous roles to the team. The majority of Claire’s time is spent on the day to day running of the key portfolio services’ contracts and carrying out specialist service charge reviews.

Service Charge / Building Consultant
Prior to joining PSL, Tim worked as an Associate at King Sturge and Head of Maintenance at Selwood Housing. Tim has extensive knowledge and experience in the provision of a range of services, including the management of responsive repairs, voids and cyclical contracts, building surveys, design, contract administration, dilapidations and construction monitoring. He now applies his specific experience to service charge consultancy, concentrating on forensic service charge reviews on behalf of both landlords and occupiers.
