Property Solutions has released its new Service Charge Operating Report (SCOR) for Retail 2014.

The report provides useful benchmarks for service charge costs in the UK shopping centres and compliance with the transparency requirements stipulated in the RICS Code of Practice – Service Charges in Commercial Property. It also comments on Carbon Reduction Commitment charges and Energy Performance Certificates. The report can be downloaded from our website: Benchmarking.
